RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ebuncreation.com purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

We accept returns within 30 days of the order ship date. A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order ship date. For returns, the cost of shipping and handling each way will be deducted from the final refund. A returned item must meet the following criteria:

Item is in resellable condition, free from damages, scratches and/or defects / Item must not have been installed / Item must be in its original packaging without any writing or labels on the original packaging

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support by sending us an email at support@ebuncreation.com. Please note the following conditions for cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled after they have already shipped

Orders must be canceled within 48 hours of an order being placed. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have already shipped. Once the item is en route, the request will be considered a return. In this case, the shipping and handling costs each way will be deducted from the final refund.

Any refused shipments will be considered cancellations and are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping and handling fees incurred.
